Mt. Essex Observatory is a "tongue-in-cheek" title we have given to our Amateur Astronomy collaberation.
Mt. Essex is wherever we set up our telescopes in Essex Md. which can be between 19 to 100 feet above sea level.
We began observing many celestial phenomena back in the early 1960's as teenagers and have continued through all these years.
We hope you enjoy our meager efforts at astrophotography. Right now due to lack of the right equipment and light pollution we are not able to image deep sky objects.
